Tracker privacy policy

Joe Task Tracker is operated for Lebanon Cheese and H2O 2 Go. This policy describes the desktop tracker’s use of Google user data.

What the app reads

With your permission, the launcher uses the Google Sheets API to read the Open and Done tabs of the designated private tracker. It uses task identifiers, names, ownership, status, update dates, and completion flags to display the tracker. The app requests a read-only Sheets permission.

How the data is handled

The launcher processes sheet responses on the authorized computer and sends matched status records to its local browser page. It does not publish, sell, or share sheet content with advertisers. The Google authorization token is protected by Windows and stored locally. The public information pages contain no task records.

Access and deletion

You can revoke the tracker’s access from your Google Account connections. Contact info@lebanoncheese.com for privacy questions or help removing the local authorization.
